Vultr에서 제공하는 블록 스토리지(Block Storage)는 NVMe와 HDD로 두 종류가 제공되는데, 현재 Seoul에서는 NVMe 블록 스토리지가 제공되지 않기 때문에 일단 본 글에서는 HDD만 대상으로 한다.

결론
역시 HDD라 그런지 랜덤 I/O는 느리다.
